I miss the weather, the water puddles, but not the white picket fences I bought on my first account. The 750 EP Cloud - oh that was such a push for leveling up. Or so I thought. Not to mention how awesome was the volcanos for EP! All firmly placed in the sky, and so far no lava has rained down.

I like the mini game, twirling pieces is just fine. I do a lot of jigsaw puzzles in real life too. What really is a challenge is the spinning flower.

Roserin, this is definitively a cloud row event for you

 

Everything else is still slow as well. Collecting the birthday code took four attempts, it just wouldn't take, and when I harvest the farm I have to do things several times because it wouldn't take and when I go back it's still in the fields. Edelweiss valley is especially bad.

I don't know if the puzzle pieces are in the right place or not because everything stops regardless. It throws you randomly out of the game altogether, etc. But yay, they gave us eight puzzle pieces as compensation that are of no use whatsoever since the minigame they are used for does not work.

Keep it up and i may be able to stop playing Farmerama after... i think I started in 2011?

 

Happy Farmerama Birthday! So good to see long time friends still playing and always happy to meet new players who fall in love with our beloved game!

I started playing September 2012 so you guys remember things that were no longer part of the game when I joined.

I still have problems in the game just like everyone else, but the mini game is almost unplayable. I have managed to finish one. It takes forever with the spinning sunflowers and having to refresh often.

I couldn't get anywhere with the Edelweiss Valley yesterday so have not even tried yet today.

I hope BP can find the solution soon so we can all enjoy our farms again. With MM starting tomorrow, I can only imagine how that will affect things.

Just now I managed to put some puzzle pieces where they belong but then I got the spinning flower, had to close the game, and when I got back they're not where they belong anymore, and nowhere to be seen in fact.

It would be a fun minigame if it could be played.

 

Things have changed gamewise: the prizes are now attached to 1 specific puzzle and not after finishing a set amount of puzzles... So I guess players could cherry pick their way to the right puzzles to get the givers and cloud row with less event crops & drops...

The spinning daisies of death as infected everything in the game, even the harvester. I've placed 4 puzzle pieces in their right places after 4 minutes of play and the fifth piece wouldn't appear because of the spinning daisy... hit F5 to refresh, the four pieces dissapeared and went back to being Birthday Presents.... Even things harvested with the payed harvester revert to not being harvested and if players try to harvest by hand it's even worst...

I've been having problems with the standalone client for 2 months now, it will not process all the bonuses I get from cloud rows and givers in the same session. Refresh doesn't work in the particular case, I have to kill the standalone client through Win alt-ctrl-del screen. I went back to the browser game and now it's almost as bad. The script that booked up the 8 more pieces just undid what I was doing! I dread MM tomorrow too just like PnP...

 

omg... this is so frustrating, start a jigsaw then get the dreaded "spinning daisy of death"
even restarts and refreshing is not helping at all. hopefully it will be sorted soon and the event will be extended to alllow for all the downtime

 

Agree, this is truly painful. I'm not even going to start the mini game until issues have been resolved.

Don't bother trying to go past the first (center square) puzzle. I cannot get the game mechanics to allow me to place more than 3 or 4 pieces before the spinning flower of doom stops the placing of puzzle pieces altogether. I have left the flower spin for 45 minutes to no avail. It never stops and no further pieces can be placed.

 

I have started on the middle box, yes there was yellow flower several times, i use Microsoft Edge Browser on my Tablet/laptop, I use refresh button, Just be more patient with spinning flower it means the server is slow

Tip when you place a puzzle in right place, The rotation circle on longer appears on that puzzle

Other tip zoom in the photos of Boxes try visualize the photo of that box of puzzles save less moving and placing puzzles, bear in mind glitches and slowness of servers accessing this event

Since i worked in computers many years i would suggest try playing this game on other browsers also try clearing out the cache on the browser you are using to play this event

Dont let the spinning flower spinning for more that 5 mins refresh your browser, you eventually progress this game

 

In other words, try to your best effort. Try in every possible way you can, even if it is intelligent or even if it is silly.
. Put this. Put that. Take this. Take that. rotate to your left, no no to your right. No no no to your left again.....That's what I am doing.

 

It is so frustrating to wait or refresh the page to get something done. I open a lot of puzzle pieces and start with corner pieces. There is just 4 four corners, so it helps Huge amount of pieces also helps to figure it out, what is in the picture. Blue sky to top and green ground to bottom.
I'm also doing 1000 puzzle in same table as I am farming

 

Nearly finished this event, one more puzzle to go. I open all the pieces I need 20/25/30 and do 4 corner pieces first, then the straight edges. That helps to get an idea of what the picture is about.
It's been irritating with the spinning flower when it could have been such a fun event if problems had been resolved earlier.

Do you have to know some tricks and tricks in this mini-game or is it enough to know how to play a regular puzzle?

This is how I ask in advance before I even start playing...

 

On the right hand side, down you will see the number of puzzle pieces required to complete the mini game.
You click several pieces to open. Thereafter drag them to the board to fit the pieces. First go for those piece which have 2 flat edges as they are the 4 corner pieces of the picture. Then try to go for pieces which have one flat edge. They form the rest of the outer edge of the picture. Rest you can figure out easily. Only thing is that the mini game is slow and lagging.

 

Event finished I love puzzles, so it was fun despite being soooooooo slow to complete them

Actually, my husband and I did a lot of jigsaw puzzles during the pandemic. We like 'em hard with lots and lots of pieces. Set a card table up in the living room and work on it for days.

So this SHOULD have been a super fun event for me.

It is not.

And 12ss12 is right - the loading flower of doom is busy servers. And once it hangs for more than a minute, you have to refresh.

Sewinglady's farm had just enough game pieces milled to work all the puzzles by last evening. I waited until just after 8 p.m. MST (about 4 a.m. in Germany) and started to work through the remaining puzzles (I had managed to get 4 done since the start of the event). It took me until 10:30 to complete all the remaining puzzles. So about 2½ hours - I refreshed the game multiple times on some puzzles, not at all on others - it's very hit or miss - also a sign that a lot of the issues is overworked servers.

The ongoing issues have made me question my devotion to Farmerama. I do not want to stop farming. I love this game. But, I have a real life, too, and sometimes I just cannot spend hours upon hours farming. I've decided I'm going to stop spending money on my farms. This is my down season, so I generally spend less on the farms this time of year anyway. We're going to see how it goes spending none. I've amassed a lot of harvester coupons, so we'll see how long my resolve lasts.

 

A fun simple mini-game without time limits, this is what I've been missing. Wonderful easy puzzles.
What I haven't missed is the rotating daisies , hopefully some will be able to complete the puzzles without them.

Unfortunately, for us down here in Brazil, all products in the game are very expensive: 1 euro = 5,34 our money So, the only things I buy are the machinery (subscription) to spare my senile hand and the mill (because it is cheap). With the coupons from events and the wheel I had not to buy the auxiliaries during the whole 2023



I found out just 3 minutes ago that the difference between a simple grave candle cactus from an upgraded tree is not the time to harvest (like the other trees in the game) but the quantity of fruits. Ah, this old brain of mine

 

I had managed to finish a couple of rows of puzzles but now it has reset itself and everything shows up as unsolved again, and the counter says that i need 99999999999 puzzle pieces. This persisted after refreshing and logging out and logging in again.

Life is too short for 99999999999 puzzle pieces I think.

 

Despite all the negativity, I finally finished the event
