I was oh so lucky as I completed the event Monday morning here in the US as others have stated it was NOT easy dealing with the spinning daisy and the constant refreshing and then logging out and in, at times not only was I losing patience, but I was losing my mind ha ha ha I am hoping that soon BP will be able to put the Birthday event back and everyone else can reach their goals, fingers crossed and Good luck to all!

I had just milled all birthday presents needed, was about to start the puzzles, then event disabled.

 

I think they are going to bring it back later this week. Hoping that it will run faster than before and not bog down the rest of our farming.

 

I have not complete this event yet still have about 5 Puzzles to solve, I think i have enough event crops grown to mill remaining Birthday Presents to finish last 5 Puzzles.

It is shame this event is worse performing event in Farmerama 14 Years, I too have been playing for 14 years If i remember correctly that Illy1996 is my oldest neighbour

We never had issues with events under Flash Based when Farmerama First started, I miss playing Farmerama under Flash, Sadly all Flash based games no longer exsist

I am sorry to hear that client is not working as well as everyone hoped, I do not use Client to play farmerama, as I been using Microsoft Edge Brower it has been working well most of the time on my tablet and smart phone

It the it boils down to fact to consider all the clicking on all farms on their servers, Bear in Mind with EV added into this

I have been working on EV but i am not happy i can only do so much, it is very slow going getting Alpine EP not got enough resources to craft runes to proceed to produce other trees, upgrades to gain Alpine EP

At least we will get some sort of compensation Gift in next few days, was not impress with Cup Cake prizes of Birthday Community gift event we have better prizes last year compared to this year

I have two puzzles to finish, not sure if I had enough crops/drops or not. But not many left if I didn't.

I was a bit confused at first because it looked like I had no puzzle pieces that I could make but they had changed it so that all the puzzle pieces were already there

All done with the puzzles now. I don't have all the items that are needed for the birthday cloud rows, assuming that they will be given as part of further birthday events?

never mind, i found it that they've been daily login items?
i have been a pretty consistent daily player so maybe i have them on a cloudrow or something...

it would be so awesome to get a search that can locate items on a cloudrow or the park somewhere

 

They are monthly daily gift decos. If you have opened enough daily gifts every month to open all locks, you'll have them somewhere. Most likely on some other cloud row. If you missed some, they usually can be bought from shop-o-rama some day.

 

I managed to get this farm all done with this event yesterday. I had the pieces in inventory, just needed to play the puzzles.

PM23's farm is still growing the event crop. It'll get there - just gonna keep at it.

 

Just now 19:34 CET - loading 45% and then stopped. Trying also another account (my mans) and browser but - is that DDOS again...?

 

Now we are "in", atleast just now... Yes we are IRL couple... Now trying this... game and minigame

 

Now that the game is being extended, I am finally able to complete this event

 

Finished the event. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish the event. Moreover all that clicking and lags initially made me very apprehensive of the time I might be able to spend in the game. But time extension for the event was a silver lining.

 

Unfortunately, I could not complete this event and enter the cloud row.

 

Very sorry you weren't able to reach the CR. I think many events are more challenging to newer/lower level players due to their lack of accumulated resources. I don't recall if this was the type of event where one could get ahead by spending real cash to get a boost towards the goal. In the two years I've been playing, I only spent real cash twice because I was so close to the final goal. I decided not to even try the event after doing the free puzzles, because the game was badly lagging and eyestrain plagues me when I'm on the computer too long.

My recent habit is to read the Game Strategy thread with FAQ breakdown usually provided by Northy or WisdomTree. Unless the event sounds easy for me to complete with my limited time and resources, I give it a pass and focus on Farmer Society Quests.

I hope you won't be discouraged, as the game has so many different aspects and I think players can find enjoyment in a part that suites their personal situation. Things get better/more easy...but it does take time. Wish you a long and happy farming adventure.

 

You are so right @MeadowCrossing .. I'm a little discouraged, but I'll still keep trying. I will try to read the topics you mentioned. I've actually figured out a lot of things about the game, but I think I need time to master some things. Thank you so much for your encouragement and for being a wonderful neighbor.
