    GIFTS !

No more need to get tokens, played all 120 games and NOT using any 60BB to play more so gift other neighbors if those need tokens more!

Yes - BUT THANKS for tokens anyway!

    Event completed on my part.:)

Still working on a baby farm, missing drops from workshops and animals. Used 60 BB once for workshop drops, because cheaper than buying PF, which are in short supply due to breeding. Piccolos have given plenty of Magic Hats to the baby farm. ;)

Congrats to all who have completed mini games and single-player parts! I have completed all of the mini games (Such fun) and completed 3 of the 4 single player part! I just need to get those Maracas from workshops! I have found a buff "Church Bouquet"
that takes a gold spot that speeds workshop harvest by 10% for 8 hours...every little bit helps! Good luck
and a reminder that MM fields are open till Wed @2200

Will Howies help with stable/workshop drops?

PS for those sending me birthday tokens, I completed all the mini games, so please send to others who are still working on them.
I really appreciate all the donations given. :inlove:

Hello everyone, I am asking for help while there is still time for the promotion. Please share the strategy of which stables give the best Sombrero gain. I still need 600 (I'm afraid I won't have time to complete the promotion), I will have two fields from 29 to 2, that is, as far as I remember, 85 places, because there are still 3 days in reserve for the plants of the promotion, so I really need the advice of those who have already collected many or all of the Sambrero. as I checked, the chicken coops give little, but you can quickly and cheaply collect feed, but I am not sure that in 12 hours a day in 5 days I will only have time for Chicken coops.

I prefer stables, which I can harvest twice or three times in day.

I think you should select stables that fit your harvest schedule. I also prefer stables that I can harvest twice a day unless I can be at the computer more often.

Don't forget, you will be awarded sombreros by playing the mini game. I can't remember how many it is off the top of my head, but it is enough to make it worth playing the games. They don't take long individually, but the times do add up if you try to wait to play them all at once.

I think I got a drop from all stables that were in the 12 to 15 hour range. Stables that were less than that did not always drop. I had some red eared sliders out and they are a 6 hour stable. They did ok but not a guaranteed drop so I wouldn't expect chickens or cuckoos to perform the best, but you also wouldn't expect wheat or corn to give as many drops as longer crops.

    Good luck!

I think Howies help with drops as I had more today than when I didn't have them on the field. Hopefully today will be last day for crop collecting and I can fill main field with critters and workshops. I'm not half way yet for sombreros and maracas. Not going to stress...not worth it as there's too much in RL all over for me to add this to a list of woes. Trying to focus on what I like and be grateful for all the good things. Hang in there everyone.

I am all done with this event but keeping the stables out for a bit to restock on animals that are running low in the barn, and to get the benefit from the mighty movers I put out.

Remember that this event is running for TWO (2) WEEKS. Ends: Wednesday, 5th of February at 22:00 CET (UTC+1)
You have plenty of time if you just put out stables and workshops on the full Meadow now.

I put out about 3/4 of the Meadow with stables and workshops, harvested maybe twice a day with Howies out and I am almost done in less than the first week of two.

I've done everything I can, that is, the single player part - SLOWLY, very slowly the overall percentages seem to be increasing, since I started about 10-12% the areas have increased.

MAYBE we'll reach the finish line, I HOPE, otherwise we'll have wasted resources but that TEN Piccolo Box, that's what it took to make it "full"!

Good luck, those weren't that hard, the biggest sacrifice was 500 Power Feed!

    p.s.

    I used:
Cheese Factories to WORKSHOPS with or Without PW
and Tortoise Reds sama method to STABLES.

All 402 PF (to get 200x2 Paper Flowers)

and "some Green Stuff" (and today 2 times 4x Jack O Gift... to get last 8500 event plants)

Finished. All donation quests done, 60 minigames done and too expensive to reset. The only thing I used as a boost was the feed for breeding, but I did get some more breeding quests done. Pretty fun event

I have finished all the single player tasks and my global tasks are at only 40% after playing 30+ games on each. How do we get the global amount to raise? do we have to spend BB's to do this?

If I understand correctly what others posted, the global % depends on the number of players completing all their individual tasks. Once we do our personal tasks, I don't think there's anything else we can do towards the global goal.

I'm still struggling with drops. In addition to already having donated a Howie to the Tree, I have two on the Meadow and three Jumbo stables, as well as a Menagerie and Manufactory filled with long harvest items. On the field I placed the longer harvest critters and workshops. Do items with higher EP give more drops?

Would appreciate suggestions for which stables and workshops to use and how players used them. Many of us don't have Mighty Mowers or CRs which help increase drops. For newer players, those who don't spend real money, and those with fewer resources, what are basic things to try and do?

Mighty mowers do not help with drops, they give +1 from stables. I believe higher EP gives more drops if it question of same time. I am still missing some sombreros, while I have mainly workshops out, while they last only 9 h.
I use mixed selection animals. Mainly neons, but not the longest ones, cats, cows, rabbits, turkeys etc. Sometimes I have neon chickens and cuckoos out during evening if there is a suitable time. I have one menangerie filled with 27h neons. I would say there is no need to have longest ones out. During that time you can harvest twice or three times the quicker ones and I would say I'll get more drops that way. Best way is to avoid idle time, choose those stables which will be ready just when you come to harvest them.
If you are short of maracases, forget stables now and have only workshops out when they take only 9h. It will last only 24h now. After that is time to have stables out.

    So.
    1. Each task can be completed once. No need to grow extra.
    2. Quest plants or items do not count towards the scale. Only 5,000 points for each fully completed personal task (where the "+" is) and 500 points for each mini-game.
    3. When one of the global scales is completely filled, the multiplier increases by x1. And so on for each general scale. For example, when the general scale "Plants and Fruits" is 100% full, the multiplier increases to x2. When the general scale "Barns" is 100% full, the multiplier increases to x3. When the general scale "Workshops" is 100% full, the multiplier increases to x4 and the same with the last scale. It's just that the order of increase on the scales may be different. Let's say, first plants, then breeding, then barns, etc.

There is apparently a new glitch in the matrix. I just had to reboot my computer, when I re-opened this farm many of my farms and my neighbors are pulsating red. Even though I have KNOW I have been actively playing all (including baby farms) for over a week now due to this event.

PS: Still slogging along, but suspecting that we (as in the entire global community of farmers) aren't going to make it to all 4 sections at 100%. Interest tends to wane after the first week and here we are...

I tried locating in the FAQ where the 500 points to the Global donation and its nowhere to be found. I came to the same conclusion because of a post from one of the mods who mentionned that each player can bring 100 000 points to the global contribution. Each of the 8 tasks giving 5000 points, a total of 40 000 points there. 100 000 points - 40 000 points = 60 000 points coming from the 120 mini games (60 000 pointss / 120 mini games = 500 points per mini game).

My main farm will be done with the 8 tasks today (sombreros) and I have to collect 400 sombreros on the baby farm (that I'll do slowly for the next week).

I just hope that all this won't be for nothing. There's not enough infos about the global aspect of this event nor numbers on how many players completed each step.
