    I bought extra birthday items, example birthday boogie, if I want to give away during gift and trade can I give away with charges on them or do they have to be used up first.

    They might not be tradeable. Usually new items aren't available to be traded for at least a few months.

    Hello porkchop1,

    If they care able to be traded during Gift & Trade events, the giver item with charges cannot be gifted or traded, only the version with no charges can.

    No thank you. Now I know I can use and not feel bad when I give them away. You may close and I understand they may not be trade able at all.
