black friday packages

    I purchased the first three Black Friday packages but I can't access the barrel cloud row from the third package - it just sends me back to the shop to buy the next package. Please can you advise what I have missed? Or resolves the issue for me

    I can confirm the purchase went through and when I check your cloud rows, it shows it is ready for you to add deco items to it.

    Please double check that you are clicking on this row:

    The cloud row icon is greyed out as it is ready for deco items.

    You may need to log out and try again.
