Depending on your payment method, you may not receive the discount. The OA states:

There will be an extra 30% payment discount for the black Friday sale. It isn't valid for SMS and for payment methods where the revenue isn't booked in our payment system directly (e.g. Lastschrift/debit charge).

For each purchase you've made you must have received an email from BP stating the amount that you were charged. What you saw after purchasing was the regular price for the package (the screen where you get a transaction number), not the price you paid. Go and check it out in your email account.
