Blank Info Bubble

    When I logged on today, I had an info bubble pop up. However, instead of being able to see any information, all I got was a big red (yes the color red) square. I tried refreshing, but the bubble disappeared. Is there any way to find out what the info bubble said. Please and Thank You

    We have not been able to reproduce this, the only pop up we get is the news page. If we have any further news, we will update this post.

    It happened to me too, it is a dialogue box, with a red square covering the 'text', I could see tiny oddments of letters each side. It has a tick at the bottom, but nothing to indicate what it means. It happened to me when I first logged on, this afternoon, but I logged out and back and it doesn't reappear. It appears over the news page. It was similar to the boxes we get informing us we have completed a bonus code successfully.

    I know of at least six others who I contacted who also had it; I also know it's not geographic specific. Perhaps it will remain a mystery.
