Blue and machine bunnies

I am still frustrated with the soymilk bunny. He doesn't show up. The other smaller bunnies at the equipment can be highlighted but can't be fed. I would like some clarification. I feel that the team didn't do a complete analysis for this event. The bunny feeding is haphazard at best. This situation will be thought about in the future. Another event with all of these problems will influence my decision to join in or not. I have been playing since Aug 25, 2014. I have not been frustrated with an event before like this.

There is only an issue when feeding the Bunny when he is at the lower left of the screen. Have you tried changing your zoom to 80% if using a browser or clicking on the shadow as shown below? To change the Bunnies position, you can go to another field and then return to the Event playfield.

Once you feed a Bunny or the Hamster, you need to wait several seconds for the pop-up to show what you have won, you cannot continue feeding until the complete animation has finished.

Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies?

Events in the past did not require these gymnastics. You failed to read that the smaller machine bunnies cannot be fed. Why? Why does the large blue bunny in the lower left corner not show up as much as the smaller machine operator bunnies?

 

Once a bunny is fed, it can change positions. The main issue has been with feeding the one that shows at the lower left.
If you cannot feed any of the Bunnies, you need to try the troubleshooting steps suggested or try using a different browser or the Standalone client to see if you have better luck feeding them.

If using a browser, it is at the bottom of your Game frame, next to your username. If using the Standalone Client, it is on your Game Settings window.

The number on the game settings window is 6936420. I use the standalone ever since adobe went away.

 

I fed the Bunny 3 times. You won 1 x Suzy's turbo-mulch, 11,350 EP and 5,675 CC. I logged in on Google Chrome. One bunny was fed at the upper left, one at the lower bottom and one at the top in the middle.
As stated, the animation process of a pop up reward opening takes several seconds and a new bunny cannot be fed until the pop up has been displayed and the animation has completed.

You may need to close your Game, then reopen it to make sure you have the latest version of the Standalone Client. If you are still unable to feed them, you can try logging in on a browser.

I will close the game but I closed the game yesterday with the same problems as I am having today. When you say bunny do you mean the blue bunny in the left corner or the machine operator bunnies? I don't use a browser. Don't the game developers do the same for the standalone and as well as a browser?

 

I have gone to the Firefox browser and loaded the game. The machine bunnies can be fed on Firefox. Now, Tell me why the standalone is different than a browser? Inquiring minds need to know.

 

There is only 1 Bunny that may move to a different position when he is fed. He can appear at the bottom of the field at the left, at the top at the left or in the middle or at the right of the machines. Once he has been fed, you cannot feed another bunny until all of the animation finishes and the reward pop up is displayed.

All updates are synced to both the browser and the Standalone Client, but if one platform is causing user issues, it can be helpful to try a different platform.
It may be due to your firewall settings or your operating system.

Thanks for the stock answers and your assistance. I still feel that this event was turned out without full evaluation. Happy Easter. Later until another programming problem shows up. How can my OS or firewall be at fault when I have played this game on the standalone since Adobe went away? Close the thread.

There are many things that can interfere with the Game mechanics when Events are running. You can turn off animations and sound to use less ACP power for example, that may helps the game run smoother.
