Blue Spawning Bunny Not Cooperating

The blue spawning bunny on the event field is having issues. The only time I can click on him and donate is when he is watering the flowers in the bottom left corner. When he is at the railroad or working on the conveyor belts, he glows when the cursor moves over him, but doesn't respond when clicking on him.

I've tried three browers - Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Logged out, restarted computer, refreshed, cleared cache and cookies, etc. but he's not having any of it. Maybe he's just shy!

Hope the team can convince him to give up his goodies. Thanks for the help and have a great day.

And on my farms he just cycles through the top three tasks, so I cannot feed him at all. (sorry to hijack the thread, but why have more than one when it's the same issue?)

The Team is aware of the problem and are working on a fix. It appears that it happens in the browsers if you are zoomed in. Some reports are at 100% and others are higher. If you change the zoom to less than 100%, you should be able to feed the bunny his soy milk.

It is also known that it doesn't work on Standalone client (SAC) and that refreshing is necessary.

Both issues are being worked on and we will update as soon as we know anything further.

dumbunny - thank you for reporting too, but the reason we ask for players to create their own thread is so we can help each player individually. There can be similar problems but have different causes so we would need to investigate each issue.

This particular instance is on BP's side but that's not always the case, and even though this problem is game related, you can see it has different solutions depending on how you long in.

May I assist the OP further?

The Game Team has fixed the issue with donating Soy Milk to the Blue Spawning rabbit. Please close your game and log back in again for changes to take.

Hi Farmers.Almanac. I'm the OP writing from my second farm. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but now the blue bunny in the lower left corner is not cooperating (all the other bunnies at the top of the window are back to work). I can click on him, but he will not accept the soy milk. Again, closed the game, logged back in, refreshed, etc., but to no avail. As Elmer Fudd would say, that wascally wabbit!

Please close your game and then re-open your browser/standalone client as the issue has been resolved.

Sorry for butting in, but I second that the bunny still has problems. The bottom left hand corner (watering flowers) doesnt work. If you log out or refresh it "may", but as soon as it spawns again in that area it wont register the donation, and you have to log out or refresh again. Not zoomed in on browser at all. Cheers

*edit to add* - leaving the event field and moving to another field or two in the farm is sufficient to respawn the bunny into a different sport when you re-enter the event

 

Hi shooger.sweet. I have closed the game and reopened the browser, but continue to have problems with the lower left hand corner bunny on both farms. Have tried in Chrome, Safari and Firefox, same problem. Computer shut down and restarted, cache and cookies cleared, refreshed numerous times, tried reducing screen size, OS up to date.

I still have soy milk on both farms to donate - 7 on birdiesaunt1951 and 8 on birdiesaunt. Please feel free to try on my farms to see if you can get him to accept the donation. Thanks for your help and have a good evening.

 

I will pass this onto the Game Team, but I cannot guarantee the issue will be fixed over the Easter break. In the meantime, you may have to keep changing fields to refresh the Bunny to see if that helps.
