    It is stated that every 23 hrs you collect ep/tep, 3 Santa Claus crates and that it has 40 charges. Does this mean every time you collect it you will get 3 of those crates?

    Yes, every time you harvest the Bombastic Gift you will receive 3 x Crate O' Santa Claus.
