    Is there a way other than checking through all cloud rows etc to see if I have the items required for the cloud row? If I don't then is it really nearly $25 to purchase the items and the CR?

    Unfortunately there is no other way of checking. You have to search for yourself cloud rows, park and Shipwreck bay. If you need further

    Yes, the answer to whether the cost for this cloud row is really $25. Seems really pricey - any other options other than spending that much money on one CR? Floridasolve 1404513

    It may seem expensive if you did not purchase any of the Giver packs when they were previously available. The cloudrow is optional and there is no need to purchase it or the giver packs if it is not in your budget.
