bonus BB bills not received

    I purchased the 1500 BB special package but did not receive my 10% bonus of 150 BB's. Could someone check this out please.

    Purchases made with paysafecard or bitcoin will receive the 10% BB bonus. If you made a purchase with those forms of payment, you will need to contact Support as we cannot deal with that issue on the forum.

    I paid with a credit card like i normally do, has this changed??

    If the payment was mad with a stored credit card, the bonus should have been added.
    As this is a payment issue, you will need to contact Payment Support through the Bank in the City.
