    Is the bonus gift supposed to open today? Because, if so, mine is n't working. All the stockings have been opened each day. Not sure what I'm missing.

    You have to click on the present to open the gift, it does not automatically open. If you are unable to open the present, can you post your ID# so we can check your account.

    You have not unlocked the stocking from Day 7. You will be able to pick up the 2 Bonus gifts only if you pay BBs to open the missing day.

    It's really hard to tell when there are no visible stockings.

    If a stocking has been missed once that day has passed, you will see a blue "+" sign next to the gift that needs opening. You are welcome to leave your thoughts in the Feedback thread.
