Bonus gifts not available

    Happy Holidays everyone!:D
    What would cause this farm to be able to accept the golden bananas for day 19 calendar gift, but not the bonus gifts? I would love to have that stable..:p

    Have you unlocked all the other days? You only get the bonus gift if every day is unlocked

    Indeed, the bonus gifts can only be opened if you have unlocked all the daily gifts. Please double check if you've missed any of them.

    It is very easy to see if you've missed a daily gift - there is a blue plus icon on the prize.

    We have checked your logs however, and you have missed the 17th day gift (3rd row, around the middle).

    Is there anything else we can assist you with?
