Bonus??

Do I understand the 4 (who knows what) I got was the bonus for loosing over 35million points yesterday?? The 'bonus' kind of looks like the event seeds. I am a premium player so I already get 15 of those, and I don't see that the amount I have in inventory is bumped to 19.....

I realize the game is going to have a melt down here soon, but you all are called US.FARMERAMA, and you did all your maintenance yesterday during the USA's awake hours (in the middle of the German night). Really not cool for people who may only be able to catch the game in the a.m. here in the US!

Because of the way the game is farmed, I did not clear any of my EP fields, so they would be in position for maximum pointage when I clear in the a.m.. Had I cleared my field (when the game finally opened up again yesterday) I would not have had all the cloud buffs and field buffs when I am doing my main harvest (in the morning), they would have only been cleared in the afternoon with a few EP items.

It took another hour this morning for the game to open. I went back and forth trying to get Unity or Adobe to work. Adobe got stuck at 55%, and Unity got stuck at 100% (with no open). When I would refresh, the game would kick me out to the user/pw page, so I could start all over.

I appreciate your technical squad feels the game is fully functional at this point, which is why I am giving you the issues the farmers are still dealing.

Last (but not least), the bonus for all our troubles.....lousy, not enough, stingy.......Farmerama has been much more generous in the past. Harvest coupons, EP, power feed, Suzy's super grow...these are the sort of things that should have been offered for that which was lost. Definitely the harvest coupons, so everyone can catch up on harvesting without having to pay real money into bigpoint. And, as a premium player I apparently don't get any bonus. If I am wrong, point me in the right direction.

We understand your frustration regarding the loss of playing time. Unfortunately, yesterday's Maintenance took longer than expected and we thought all the issues had been resolved, but they did carry over to today. The 4 Winter Decks were to help compensate for the loss of event preparation time. They are not event crop seeds, but rather the milled product needed to play the board game.

Further compensation for today's technical problems is listed here. They will be claimed through the news page and further details will be provided as soon as we have them.

Nope. Thanks for pointing out the 'Bonus' is the finished deck, not the seeds. Duh, lol.

I understand maintenance takes time, but I am still thinking if you are saying it is US.Farmerama the maintenance should be done in the German day, US night, and not the other way around. Depends on what market you are catering to perhaps?

PS My child just informed me you may do your maintenance based on number of users (during a period of time in the day). I will take this thought into account when contemplating my position. Happy farming!

Maintenance was scheduled for 14:30 CET which is 2:30 pm in Germany. It was originally planned to last approximately 6 hours, but the difficulties encountered were not anticipated. The Team worked late into the night trying to establish a stable platform. We are sorry for the inconvenience. There are currently 2 bonuses and 2 compensations posted in the forum in recognition of all the trouble. We hope that will help offset the time lost being able to access your farm.
