Bought trading licence, didn't receive it

    Hi,

    I bought a trading licence but it was not credited.

    The first time I thought I may have done something wrong, so I tried again.
    The 2 BB were taken but no trading licence received. I was in the page for the specifictradeI wanted.
    I have refreshed the page and also logged off and on again but it is still not there.

    Just now I tried again and it worked, so maybe there was a temporary glitch. Can I get my BBs back?

    Help much appreciated!
