BP down until now

BP website has just became available and I am not pleased............

BP website was down around one hour prior to the Comic 6 event finishing. Because of this I was unable to harvest my fields one more time to get the 6 lights needed to complete it.

I was wondering if the platform is now stable or are there still a few more fixes? Also I think those of us who were not able to access BP should be compensated.

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope someone can solve this to your satisfaction.....
To avoid problems as this in the future, why don't you log in directly on one of the Farmerama landing pages? (At least in urgent cases)
I made the mistake of starting my farm on a third party server and I was shut out off the game when that server was down and ultimately they even cut the games altogether.

You are able to log into the game through http://www.farmerama.com/ using your Bigpoint portal account. If your Farmerama username and portal password do not work, you can use the Forgotten password function by entering your username, and the password reset link will be e-mailed to you, allowing you to set a new password and login through this website directly.

In such cases however, what you need to do is contact Support immediately, to make sure that the problem is reported in time and you can make them aware of your problem. We cannot promise you a compensation though, but you can still try contacting our Customer Care Team for this matter - with the issues going on during this Event, you will find some understanding I am sure, if you were close to finishing it.
