Why can't I purchase the crate of moonlight & crate of spooky trees?

Hello Floridasolve

The Crate of Moonlight Mania IV and Crate of Spooky Trees can be purchased by exchanging 45 Crate O Animal Goodies each. Please check to see if you have enough Crates O Animal Goodies. You get 3 crates for completing each mini game within the time limit starting with game 46.

If you have enough Crates O Goodies and still cannot exchange them, please post in Technical Issues so we can check your account.

I have done all 61 but how do I check for how many crates of goodies I have?

 

You will find your crates in your Deco inventory under the Consumables tab.

I don't see a way to be able to buy the crate of spooky trees & Moonlight mania even though I have coins I could still use - I have 73 crates of animals

 

When you click on the Crate to purchase, you will get a pop up window asking for confirmation that you wish to exchange the 45 Crates O Animal Goodies for the Crate O Spooky Trees or Crate O Moonlight Mania V. If you look closely, they cannot be purchased with star coins. Check to see how many Crates O Animal Goodies you have. If you need your account checked, please post in Technical Issues with your user ID#.
