Breeding and adding pheromones

I have been breeding snails. With this last batch, I was able to speed up about half of the snail breeding, but for some reason the last half of the batch, the pheromones will not add. I currently have 1165 pheromones, so it is not like I am out or anything.
Why is the breeding not working properly?

I have tried on Mod farm with success. Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies and flash cache to see if that fix the problem?

I just tried that and no. It did not work. Like I said earlier, I was able to speed up about half of the breeding and now it simply won't work. I have already harvested the sped up breeding and I still can not make the pheromones speed up the other snail breeding.

Are you too quick for the server? You may need to wait a tiny bit longer for the action to register.

I just started another set of breeding. I was able to add pheromones to them. The other 7 that was started earlier, I still am not able to.
Hopefully, this won't happen again.
As for now, NFQ.
