Breeding errors for Premium players

Hi,
The night before BB, I prepared 120 breeding, 40 bears, 40 mice, 40 cats. As the event and BB starts, harvested all and refilled the breeding house with the same amount. They are there but my PF (240), also the first results and locks missing.

No more question and sorry about my negative feelings, but seems for us with Premium to lose more and more and I have limits on my patience.

Seems I'm good in guessing... It's BBD till Sunday and they will fixing the breeding issue sometime next week. We lost 120 locks, 240 PF and bunch of animals... I'm shocked and speechless. Maybe a big basket, also a BBD delay.... but this 30 locks?!

The only reason I'm still here, I hope somebody maybe checking us, we lost some PF and locks. The British Blue Cat, the considerable skip for the event, missing. Before the event I've had over 1300 PF, today morning, 840 and no locks. Maybe somewhere can be checked. Both of us in this family losing.

As announced here, breeding issues associated with premium accounts will be investigated next week. I'm sorry this is not the news you want to hear. It isn't the news I wish to deliver. I can tell you the Team is aware of the outstanding problems and will do their best to resolve things as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your help, understanding and support, it's not your fault.
Please let it open since I have difficulties to get the neon stables if they had reset my account (for no reason, just because I'm on Premium, without any issue) and lost more than I get from the packages. So, our problem still exist.

 

First... I don't got nothing.
Second... the announcement it's kinda confusing. rebooking animals without PF, don't make any sense for me. As I said, we used 40x4 mice, 40x4 cats, 40x4 bears, all basic animals. At this moment I have 110 mice, 78 cats, 61 bears and PF the same amount like yesterday.

The breeding results you collected when you harvested during those first few minutes of Baby boom before the game went down have been booked. As such, regular breeding animals and PF were consumed in breeding. The love locks which should have been awarded are being booked with another script and we will announce it when it has run.

May I assist you further?

 

OK. I can't check this (about breeding animals) because I don't remember which and how many they were , so I trust you.
