Breeding ready but stork is not stopping to fly!!

    Hi I have 16 lots of breedings readyto harvest, but I can't harvest. The processing "Storck" is flying and not giving me the results.

    There are a few minutes of BBD to go and I would loose the double breeding animals!!

    Please help

    Hello clonahmon,

    Were you able to harvest the pens before Baby Boom ended and the results were just not showing?
    As soon as I am able, I will check your logs to see if the animals were harvested before Baby Boom ended and post the results.

    I checked your logs and the breeding pastures were harvested after the Baby Boom event had finished, so those animals were not effected by the event.

    Can I assist you further?

    Hi Shooger,

    I couldn't harvest before baby boom ended! That's the point.

    16 breeds were ready to harvest around 10 minutes before the end of baby boom. When I wanted to harvest at that stage, there was only the "processing" storck showing on all of them. So none could be harvested.
    Cache had been cleared, internet connection was perfect etc, so no issue with that.

    Only AFTER baby boom ended, I could harvest them, which I then had done.

    Means, I lost 16 breeds of baby boom. I don't know, why this is not shown in the log, that the breeds were ready and being tried to harvest.

    Why should I post my original post here without any reason?

    As was pointed out, the animals were harvested after BBD ended, therefore bonus twins cannot be awarded.

    Is there anything else we can assisted with?

    Hi Neon,

    think I am not making my point clear.

    I tried to harvest BEFORE BBD ended, but was not able out of technical reasons, not because I wasnt harvesting them in time out of personal reasons.

    So I lost out on the twin due to technical reasons and they should be rewarded. Shouldn't they? Or something else in return.

    You're making your point perfectly clear, but as stated, there is nothing more we can do as the pens were not harvested before the end of BBD. You are welcome to contact support and see if they are able to assit.
