Buff taken from inventory, but not active

    Hello. I am having an issue with a buff I used. I ate a pineapple cake on Baha so I could get the +25% harvest bonus for my crops. I saw the inventory go down one, but when I just harvested, I noticed that it didn't seem I was getting the benefit. Sure enough, when I checked my active buffs, it isn't listing the pineapple cake (I even refreshed my game, but it still shows no active buffs). I was wondering if there's any way I can have a pineapple cake returned to my inventory, since I know I used it but it didn't activate? Thanks for any help.

    We are unable to cancel the buff and refund the crafting product to your inventory, but I suggest you to contact support for this matter at your earliest convenience, and hopefully this can be sorted out easily for you. I will be looking into this matter and if the issue is general, I will report it to the Game Team.
