Buff thread?

Hi, I was just wondering if there's a thread that explains when buffs have to be used (for example, does ZAB have to be used before planting?) I can't seem to find one...

I don't know that there is, however generally speaking, the following rules apply (please note that this may not be 100% perfect, so if I make mistakes, please someone correct me):
1. If the buff reduces the amount of time for something to mature (ie crops/trees/animals) eat it just before or just after planting (I think)
2. If the buff increases the EP, crop or drop yield, eat it just before harvesting to maximise the amount of time it can be used for

Any buff that reduces time needs to be eaten before planting. Any buff that increases yield needs to be eaten before harvesting.

Anything that causes an increase in a buff effect needs to be eaten before harvesting.
