Buffs & Buff Givers

Can someone please explain to me what Buffs & Buff Givers are? I don't understand what they are so I don't even know if I have any.

Buffs are any product that give a type of bonus. All Crafting goods give a buff of some sort. Other buffs can be won on the Farmwheel like 100% EP bonuses and 100% Harvest bonuses. Most Pets give a buff of some sort, like the Owl or the Dragon. Some Deco items also reward buffs, like The Factory and some deco items have limited charges that rewards a buff, like Jack O'Gift. Most cloudrows also give a buff of some type.
Any deco that has limited charges that reward a buff/bonus now has (+) at the end of the name so they can be found easier. Some buffs won in events, like the current Lunch atop the Farm event, will show in your pantry or in your deco inventory under the "consumable" tab.
All buffs when won/activated show on your Buff avatar:

Do you mean like the Mythic Dragon and the consumable items in my decorations tab? Also, does the Buff avatar look like the screenshot you show? Mine looks completely different so I'm just wondering if I'm looking in the right place for it. (I was going to post a screenshot of it but can't figure out how to do it on here.) If you click on a picture in it, does it use it? ie: make it disappear? Are festive decorations Buffs, like the fir tree and igloo? I did not think they did anything but be costly and take up space. I'm sorry to bombard you with all these questions but I really do not understand all of this.

I mean the Dragon Pet which rewards a buff. The Mythic Dragon rewards a bonus, so is not considered a buff giver. Crafting products and special buffs can be found in the consumable section:

Your Buff Avatar will show any crafting products and buffs that require a crafting slot that are active (at the bottom) and on the top, any buff items running:

To use an item in your consumable inventory, you first need to click on "use" and then confirm again on the pop-up.

Festive/ ordinary deco items are only considered buff items if they provide a buff like the Wreath of Suzy item rewarded in the Wreath of Suzy event quest.

Items like the Fir Tree and Igloo are purely decorative items and do not reward anything, but are used to decorate your Farm.
