Ok, I ate my words. It's possible that they didn't do anything in advance because of April Fool's. It's still funny. I just hate the slow down and sometimes lag due to the bugs. I have had to refresh ALOT.

 

The upside down joke is not new at all - it has been around for at least 20 years.
I remember back then a friend sent me an attachment called "Australia" and when I clicked it my whole screen went upside down.

Me too, lots of refreshing, a couple laptop reboots... all because of all the lag/hang time. BP has too much (animation) going at once, and the scatter bugs are IMO more than the system can handle and still run smoothly. Typing IGMs was a chore (because I typo a lot lol), it took a long time for what I typed to even show on the IGM, then back spacing and making corrections took even more time. UGH. Trying to buy some manure in the market took me 12 minutes of clicking thru all the this item has been sold pop ups

 

I was donating to some FSQs and I clicked to donate what I wanted, how much, etc. I got the confirmation pop-up with the green check mark and clicked it. I waited, tried to donate again. I got the same confirmation box, clicked the check mark again. It still showed I had the same amount. I tried it again and it said I didn't have enough stock. I refreshed. One of the things to donate to took, the one next to it didn't. That is due to the game lag, not internet lag.

And it will go on and on and on for the next 70 hours!

Think I will plant trees everywhere and just log in once a day to harvest (with coupons) and get my daily login bonus.

Just thinking of the poor farmers with NO harvester subscription or harvest boni!!
But lots of people think it is funny...

 

The FAQ says that the Bugs (that are included in the baskets and also given as rewards) will exchange for 5000 EP + 5000 CC + 5000 TEP each after the event is over.


This is nice to know too... "After completing the event progress bar, the event is not over! You can craft more Flyswatters and collect more rewards from the Bugs - the Bugs will keep re-spawning on your farm for the chance of collecting more rewards."

Woops...when I posted it messed up the spacing and I cant fix it, it shows correctly in the edit box. It just gets all cattywhompered (ha!) again when I save changes.

The top one is 3 kitty faces and the bottom one is a cat too I think? Or a dog howling?


Back on topic... not many drops fall from the event crops, since we didn't get to prep for drops and I got a late start at this I'm gonna have to plant something looooong overnight. I wanna swat more bugs

 

I thought the one might be a hamster or squirrel with acorns in its cheeks I reply what I think it is! It can't hurt but I would be shocked if I really got an answer This last harvest was horrible for drops

 

I will not do this event, It is a protest to BP.
I hate the crawling bug come out with the pop up.
I can suffer it come along with field exchanges, but come out with each pop up.
that is disgust and annoying!
The april fool should only last one day, but now it had 4 days

Last night before bed, I plant the 10 event seed. I want to start event next morning which I
think the crawling bug will gone, no more attack my brain.
But it still there, every pop up, every change of field. they crawling!!!!!
So, no matter how good the prize is, I won’t take any of them, I even delete the 10 2X2 mature event crop!
It is a attitude for the game designer, A not considerate thought will ruin a wonderful game!

 

I absolutely love the prizes and low drop requirement. Not sure why some players are frustrated with this event. Sure the bugs are tiny bit annoying but it's just a temporary feature

 

OK, your choice. If you are that disturbed by the bugs, then you are that disturbed. I get it.
But, hey... can I have all your prizes then ???
