I had the auto harvester activated. I cleared my Magical Glade field of my comofrt fields after harvesting them. I manually planted my 10 Construction Shrub seeds in 2x2s. I then used the builder to place 1x1s on the rest of my field. It deleted my Construction Shrubs instead of placing the 1x1s.

Is this part of the "April Fools" event? If not I would like my 10 Construction Shrubs returned to inventory.

    Hello nm561 :)

I'm sorry but the harvester has a confirmation window that you must click if you want to delete fields that have already been planted. You will have to wait until the system replenishes the seeds to begin again.

    May I assist you further?

    No

There was no confirmation window because it was not even on the delete field option. It was on the place 1x1 plot option that shows you how many you are going to place so they never should have been deleted.

Whenever things like this happen BP takes the stance that it is impossible -- well I didn't plant my event crops and then just delete them for the *** of it.

    Close thread.

It is very easy to click on the wrong icon when planting/deleting fields (something we have all done by mistake) o_O. The fields would not have been deleted without first choosing the confirmation pop up when choosing the "delete all fields" and then again when the pop up asks for confirmation as the "fields have begun production" process. I have tested this and it works as intended.
If you believe this is an error, you will need to contact Support for further investigation.

    ~closing as requested~
