    It is a level 6 breeding animal, the one that is needed to build a red moustache salon :) There is also a rune for the level 5 breeding cuckoo, the bee cuckoo. That one costs 70 stars, so the builder cuckoo costs 4 times that since you would normally need 4 bee cuckoos to breed a builder cuckoo.
