Bulbs replenish time - Paths of Alchemy

Hi FarmaTeam,
I get the feeling that the bulbs are not automatically replenished every five hours from the time of the event releasing time.
Day 2 into the event, my understanding is that the bulbs will be replenished in 5hours from the time you milled them up.
I milled 5 bulbs around 11:15pm, and it was replenished around 4:15am, 5 hours later overnight. All good here.
I woke up this morning and milled 5 bulbs around 6:30am. I was expecting 5 bulbs to show up around 9:15am, five hours from 4:15am. But it is not to be. I did all the usual refreshing routines.
So I conclude that I need to wait for 5 five hours from 6:30am, not 4:15am.
Please confirm my conclusion/understanding.

As you had bulbs in your inventory at 6:30 am, the bulbs most likely will not be replenished until around 11:30 am when you used all your bulbs. You can keep checking to see if the system replenishes them sooner as I cannot say for certain if they are checked by the system at a predetermined time. The Event started at 14:00 CEST, so it is possible that the system checks every 5 hours from that time (19:00/24:00 CEST etc.).
