    I haven't purchased anything, real money purchases, in a long time. I need to put in new bank info in order to do so. I have no idea how to change that info. and I also don't remember how to make the purchases once the information is in. Please help! ID# 27977187

    Hello Ikeasterday62,

    If you click on the BB tab at the top left of your screen, you will open the Shop. Click on the "status & cancellation" tab. You can then click on the "delete payment" link. Then next time you purchase BB's, you can re-enter your new banking details.
