    hi there :) I'm not sure where to ask this but is there anyway to talk to support without having to fill out a ticket I have filled out a ticket before and I just filled out another ticket but they aren't understanding my problem and I would like to be able to explain it to them better what the trouble is that I'm having

    yes I put in everything it asks for but it doesn't let me explain what is going on I can use my card on my other farm with no problem and I know I have the funds on there I just put them on and its not my card carrier that's declining pmt it has to be something with the game :( but I cant tell them that cause there is nowhere to write that

    flwrsdnc, not to butt in here, but are you using the payment ticket? If you are, use the general ticket and then you can use screen shots and better explain the problem. I had to do that for a problem I had.

  5. Many of the Team are on vacation. You will need to wait until you hear from them.

    You could delete your banking details from the problem account and re enter the credit card details.
