Buying XL packages of Super Grow and SSG

Hi, whenever I buy XL packages of super grow and SSG where my neighbors get 10 gifts, they are not being notified that they have received a gift. I have been getting all the pop ups saying I have received a gift not my neighbors! There is obviously a glitch that someone needs to maybe fix! Everyone IS getting the 10 gifts just no one knows unless I tell them to check. This is not a fun thing to do! This has been happening since the beginning of February.

Hello sanddollar15,

The pop ups you receive are from Neighbours that have purchased an XL package. When you purchase an XL pack, your Neighbours will receive a pop up informing them of their gift. If they are not receiving pop ups, they probably have the "show gifts as pop ups" selection turned off.

I have checked a few of your Neighbours and they have received the bonus Neighbour gifts.

Hi shooger.sweet I did purchase the XL package. None of my neighbors got the pop ups (I got them all) and they always did get them before as I buy quite often! they all are getting the gift I think, BUT none of them are being notified. I still believe there is a problem! I think I had 19 pop ups and I don't believe my 19 neighbors bought the xl package also!

 

Your Neighbours are getting the gifts, even if the pop ups are not working. We will forward this to the Game Team to see if the problem is known.
