CAC Disappearing

In the last three days, I have used CAC each day, but I have not received the extra 2 units of the crops I am harvesting. Also, I can't see my buff panel. Could someone please look into why this might be happening? My account number is 41244399.

Unfortunately you are correct, and this happened because you have not been eating the CAC in order to benefit from its buff, but used it for upgrading your Confectionery, and earning artisan points. To eat the CAC and activate the buff, you need to click on the hand icon:

I am sorry for the lost CAC, you should have reported this a few days ago when you noticed it didn't work Please don't hesitate to post and ask us to double check whatever you feel it doesn't go right, to avoid this kind of problems in the future.

Thank you so much. I had been out on extended travel for most of the summer. I supposed instant recall seeps out of daily habit if enough time goes by! Funny, with all the talk of refreshing browsers, MY error obviously didn't occur to me. Thank you!
