    Having recieved a reply from support they have left me with an issue.

    How do I explain to my kids that the people who make this game says what they seen on the winter calendar was not correct and that the day in question was not opened when they seen it open.

    I have less than 10 hours to use BBs to open gift to gain other gifts..I shouldnt have to

    Any answers????

    I am sorry you are not happy with the reply you received from support. However, there is nothing else we can do here in the forum. We do not have the ability to open your locked stocking. What I can do assure you that all reports of stockings from all players in all countries have been investigated by mods, support, the Game Team, the developers, the tech wizards, etc. A thorough review has been made and no technical glitch issues have been found with the calendar.

    No one has accused you or any other player of lying. All communication with players has been made with respect and patience. We are sorry we are not able to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, but there is really nothing else we can do. :(
