    Good afternoon
    A next problem apears this is why it was never succesfull.
    If i send a ticket he can only use my old e-mail
    When i change it to my new one itsin possible.
    Thats why i run in circles i did try this for the last few years.
    Every year two or three times
    Is there no solution??
    please help

    I've removed your email addresses due to security reasons and keeping your personal information private. I've also moved your post to a new thread as we need to assist each player individually.

    When you contact Support, you need to be logged in to your account before you submit a ticket. The form will ask you for your email address, and you would use the current one that you want to change it to. The email you put in the form is the address that a Support reply will go to so it needs to be one you have access to.

    When Support gets the ticket, they will ask you for several pieces of information regarding the account and that is when you will provide the old email address that is registered to the account.
