can get in game (log in issues)

some minutes ago a closed farmerama and now i cant get back in
im typing my password and username correct


what happened?

yes this: ''No account with this combination of username and password was found''. and i used the BP site to log in and now from the farmerama site

That's the problem, promaster302

You will have to login through the Bigpoint portal if you registered through it, and then access Farmerama through it. In this case, you can also try resetting your password for a direct login on Farmerama, following these steps: ​

Please note that this will only change your Farmerama password, the portal account will have the same old login credentials. The process is described in this thread. Did it help? ​

As for your suggestion Thank you very much, but the competition winners are generally chosen by us, because from past experiences, Forum voting leads to no good Some players take advantage of having too many accounts, or even create new ones to support the entry they want, so I am afraid we are not planning to have such a competition at the moment, to avoid any inconveniences. ​
