Can Not Log In (17 Day's Now)

    My Problem Account (Samantha, 33503184)

    Yesterday I attempted to login through Google Chrome and received the following message.
    See Below.

    Hello, on January 12th, 2017 I was kicked out of the game and have not been able to play since. Below is the message asking for help that I
    posted on Farmerama's forum asking for assistance.

    Hello, I play (2) Farmerama games. I am a long time player and I do need to login. I was playing on 1/11/17 and got kicked out.
    I have not been able to login since. I've tried several browsers with no success. My problem account is "Samantha, 33503184".
    Please help

    Did you contact the Support team as advised? Did you receive an email verification that your ticket was received? If you have contacted Support, you will need to wait for further assistance as we can not help on the Forum.

    My contacting this forum today, specifically states what occurred yesterday as I attempted to log in. It states that I received a message upon my attempt to log in, I followed the link at which time I provided the information included in today's most recent post. So yes, I contacted Support. Strangely, I would of thought you, "shooger.sweet" would of contacted them on my behalf some 17 days ago. Did you contact Support on my behalf? If so information between you, shooger.sweet, and your support team has not changed. I can not log in through Google Chrome.

    As for you assisting me further, when and whom do I contact in the future? How do I contact them? How much longer should I wait for this issue to be resolved? All I'm asking for is a little help.

    With all due respect, we contacted the IT department when the problem arose. We are only Forum Mods and can only pass along the information we are given, we cannot fix problems of this nature. You will need to wait for Support to get back to you with a solution from the IT department.
