Can not log in.

    Hello, I play (2) Farmerama games. I am a long time player and I do need to login. I was playing on 1/11/17 and got kicked out. I have not been able to login since. I've tried several browsers with no success. My problem account is "Samantha, 33503184". Please help

    Hello Samsdad,

    I was able to login successfully to your farm on the test server. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache? Have you checked to see that your firewall is not blocking the site?
    If these do not work, can you provide more information such as your version of Flash player installed and whether you login through a 3rd party or directly through BigPoint.

    Thanks for the quick response. For years I've used Google Chrome on my Troubled account, and I've use Firefox for this account. Firefox account No Problem. Everything was great until your maintenance event yesterday. Now, I never use Microsoft Edge/IE for anything. When I try to login with IE I get the same result, a blank white page. I have cleared cache and cookies, in Google Chrome. Same result, a blank white page. Adobe Flash Player-Version:24.0.0.194, Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0.

    I just tried to login on a (Never Used Laptop) and get the same result. A Blank White Page. Strange.

    I can provide you with the link to the Blank White Page. However I don't know how secure it would be.

    Third party login through Google Chrome App. I've got years of perfect attendance playing the game. Please Help...

    It seems there is a problem with players who login through the google partners. The team is aware of this problem and are looking into the matter. As soon as we have news, we will post an update.

    1. Hello Farmerama. I also could not log into my game, either yesterday (1/11/17) or today. I had to create a new account to be able to communicate with you since I had no way to let you know there is a problem.
    2. My username for the account I can't log into is FarmeRWG, and the ID: 52080297.
    3. I'm in the USA
    4. I login through a Chrome browser (version 24.0.0.186) on macbook pro. I could not access my account through safari either since the mechanism was different.

    I've been playing for a long time through my original account that I access through Google,
    and do not want to lose my progress... Please help !
