Can not place Pitomba tree on my farm

    I just bought Pitomba tree AFTER I read INFO about placing it.
    It wont let me place it on my farm.

    This sounds as if I should be able to place it after I buy it? AT least that's how I read it...

    **You will receive an upgraded XXL Pitomba tree, which can be placed on the field directly. After you delete it, it will go to your barn as XXL upgrade + base Pitomba tree. To use it, you need to unlock the Pitomba statue (8th chamber, 4th tree statue in the middle row).**

    If I can not place it... I have to ask for refund, I would rather buy OTHER items from the fair...

    This unplaced tree would be unnecessary at all - since I never going to open that (8th chamber, 4th tree statue in the middle row)

    I'm not a mod but Natasha, have you unlocked the Pitomba tree in the Temple on Baha? If not, you will not be able to place it on your farm. If so, a mod will be along to help you but in order to check your account, you will need to post your ID number. Good luck! I hope to get one this Renzo too :)

    NO.
    Thats the WHOLE reason I went for it.
    Firstly, it takes BB to unlock even previous one.. secondly I have nowhere near to unlock it anytime in the future.
    I read the INFO and that's the only reason I bought the tree.

    Also not a mod. I agree that they ought to explain a tad better, though the information is in the FAQs (somewhere..). That said, I now from experience that about your only recourse now is to contact support. I am not sure they can help you, but you can try that.
