Can not purchase Mill Subscription

    Hello I can not purchase a Mill Subscription because it times out every time I attempt to make the purchase. It will not go past the initial screen. It just says taking too long and it times out. Is anyone else having this problem?

    We've not had had any other reports. Are you trying to buy the one for BBs or RL cash?
    I've just been able to successfully purchase the BB one and adding the other to my basket and proceeding to checkout seems to work OK.
    Try logging out, closing your browser and then try again. Did that help?

    I am trying to buy with Real cash. I have a second farm and it is the same there. I have also gone from Chrome to Explorer and same results. I have gone from my desktop which runs windows 8 to my laptop which runs windows 10 and same result. Tonight I will go to Starbucks and use their wifi and see if its my connection at home, and see if I can log into my payment area of Farmerama. But it still times out and wont let me purchase. ;/ just to clarify this is the message I get when trying to initiate the payment process-
    • Look for the page with your search engine.
    • Refresh the page in a few minutes

    Starbucks tonight, laptop did the same thing....something must be reset with my account I think ...

    There is nothing we can reset on your account to sort out this issue. If you could please contact our Support Team to be assisted further with this matter, it would be great. The contact form can be found here - please select the Game Problem instead of the Payment issue in the dropdown, because for Payment inquiries you would need to enter details of a specific transaction without allowing you to make any further comments, so that will not help.

    I wish you the best of luck resolving it as soon as possible!
