Can trades shown in your Market History be revoked?

Earlier today I bought a bunch of Baha animal feed at quite delightful rates. (Several types of feed from two different vendors.) When I went to use said feed however, I discovered that while the money had been taken out of my account and the trades showed up in my trade history, I hadn't received the feed. I decided to give it a bit of time since my game was acting up a little anyway, but I'm fairly sure that the money has since been returned to my account (I do quite a bit of trading, but I think it has).
Now I'd much rather have the feed than the money but if I can't have it, so be it. I'd mostly like to know if that is a known issue or if I should apply to have my cache cleared or something akin.

In order for us to check your account to see what happened with the purchases, please post in Technical Issues with your user ID#. We can also clear your cache at that time as well.

As a general information reply, trades are not revoked. If a buyer purchases something from the market, money is deducted and goods are transferred.
