    Hi - I have been receiving messages and gifts no problem since Support disabled that older player with the same name as mine. Everything has been working fine.

    However, today -edit- sent me a pumpkin jam (about two hours ago), and I haven't received it. I did get her IGM telling me she sent me the gift, so it appears I'm getting my mail okay. The IGM telling me she just sent it was at 1pm my time (EST), and it's now after 3pm (2 hours later). Maybe she needs to re-add me or something, or was there possibly an error of some kind - sent to the wrong friend, etc.? Or is it in limbo somewhere?

    Considering my recent situation, I'm a bit puzzled as to what happened to the pumpkin jam - I've been receiving other gifts just fine.

    Is it possible for you to trace or check to see what happened to the PJ? Is my id enough or do you need both? I'd like to know if everything is working correctly.

    p.s. I checked my gift list, and there's nothing at all from -edit- -- I even logged out and back in again.

    ETA: I just received a gift from a different player and it came through just fine (when I logged in at 4:00pm EST). Still no sign of the pumpkin jam from Erridge earlier, so not sure what happened to it. One time glitch or is it lost in limbo somewhere? I'll wait to hear from you.

    I can only see you received a Pumpkin Jam on 22 Sept and 20 Sept. You have received event gifts but no Pumpkin Jam today.

    Can we assist you further?

    My dates are different on my in-game gift list, but the early one was from my mentor/now neighbour (that was when I could only receive gifts from neighbours and not others).

    It appears the player I mentioned in my first post of this thread can now send me gifts. They had to re-add me on their friend list because apparently, with my previous problem of messages and gifts going to an older player with the same name as mine, her friend list was then showing (after the fix) as jazzy2222 for me. (????) Wow. Who knew there were so many jazzys who liked virtual farming? ;)

    She re-added me and tried again and it came through, so it appears to be working now. Thanks for checking the logs.
