    Hi, does anyone know what this is used for? It is in my deco items.

    It's an upgrade for a cannon deco that you may also have. You put the cannon out (like on a field or in the park), and place the curtain on it (like you would with a tree or stable upgrade). You have to match it to the exact cannon, though (I think). Maybe try colour matching it. HtH ;)
