Cannot Access Fields After Activating Pets...

Why is it that each time I activate my pets, I fail to return to the fields to harvest? The spinning flower decides each time to spin for more than 10 minutes, but as soon as the Owl's effect is gone, the fields load.

It's not the first time you bring this up, and as previously advised, everything is working fine. It would most likely be due to your internet connection. Try refreshing right before activating the pets. Maybe try once to take a tour of all fields, then another one to harvest the pets - to see if this helps it speed up. There is no problem with your account, so all we can do is advise you again and again to follow the troubleshooting steps and make sure that your connection is fast enough.

Are you saying my connection becomes slow enough not for me to benefit from the Pets and only gets better when they have expired?
I don't understand it. How do Pets affect my connection? Kindly explain how that works.

I think you answered your own question.
You stated that when your pets are active, you loose connection or lag badly.
This is because the pets are using your internet to make sure you get the bonus and when
to stop giving it.

When the pets run out, the lag is gone.

Do know your current internet speed?
They go by the mb. Example, .5 MB, 1 MB, 1.5 mb, 5mb, etc.

Anything under 5 MB will lag from time to time.
My internet is 1.5 MB and slows down a touch from pets.

I am not saying this, specifically - what I am saying is that your connection might not be fast enough overall if you keep experiencing these issues. Please try to follow the advice given and let us know if that helped a little, or you have noticed any changed.

I am sometimes playing on a rather slow connection speed and I recommend trying to adjust the game settings (like lowering the quality of the graphics, turning off the sound and animations, etc.)

I tuned off everything that can be turned off ages ago, and am playing with the most boring settings ever. I know for sure that I have the fastest connection this side of the Planet.
It takes less than a minute to get into the game initially, but with Pets activated...


I've played Chat Games that require fast responses to win and I won on some occasions. Is that possible with a slooooow connection? If it were that slow I should not have succeeded.
The -edit- above sums my feelings.

This is still possible with slow internet because the chat doesn't drain as much.
Think of it this way, an email with over 500 words typed can be instant sent with like
every kind of internet. So when you were doing the chat event, those messages can be instant sent still.

Now I probably seem like I'm defending Bigpoint but let me go after them now.

It's possible Farmerama servers in your country are having technical difficulties and
Farmerama doesn't know about it.

The only way to really know is,

Post what country you're from and hopefully someone else WHO is in the
same can confirm if they're having problems as well.

Or, I am sending you a PM with a link to take an internet test.
Once it's completed, you can post a screenshot of just the speed and hide the
name of the internet tester and any addresses. (links)

Having a fast connection doesn't mean it will necessarily always remain fast. It seems to me you are slightly in denial about the fact that this is an issue on your end - please believe the Mods when they say that your account is running perfectly well.
As mentioned, Pets take up lots of internet, and are complex graphics to run. Even the best computers and the best internet can sometimes take a while to catch up to that.
Solutions have been offered to you, and I would suggest that you take them.
Another alternative is to log out right after activating your pets, then logging back in.
There is nothing more the Mods can do for you than explain why this issue is occurring (as they have done) and offer solutions (as they and others have done).
BP cannot fix an issue that is non-existent. These are the options available to you. If you want your pets to work I would advise listening to the Mods and taking their advice.

None of the solutions address the problem. Logging out is no different from letting the flower spin. Time does not stop because I've logged out.
If the Pets drain a lot, then they need to be fixed as they are the problem. Isn't that logical?
Why give chase to a lizard and leave the crocodile in the river???


And by the way those Chat Games were/are based on speed. And there are no BP servers in my country. I'm likely connected to an EU or US based server.

Am I missing something here?

I do understand your frustration and I cannot explain what is going on because on our end, everything is fine, your owls are happily flying and no flowers are spinning.

If you have followed all the advice, there isn't more you can do I am afraid. You could try moving the pets around? Try harvesting less at a time to see what the 'breaking point' is Yes, you are connected to the EU servers, and it is very unlikely that there will be a server for your country in the near future, I am sorry. Are you experiencing the same issue with the crows as well?
