Cannot access game

    Hi fellow farmers!

    In order to get into my game, I have to log in to bigpoint.com, wait for the games to show up, and press the red button for farmerama. For some reason, bigpoint is really laggy, so it's slow to get into my game. This concerns me as my animals may be in dire need of water, and I don't want them to die from dehydration! And let's not mention weeds!

    When I try to log in through farmerama.bigpoint.com, it says the email/password combo is not valid. Yet after I log in through bigpoint, the address bar shows farmerama.bigpoint.com! Strange... very strange..

    This forum says you can connect the account, but I don't have the option that it describes. My only options are My Games and Account Settings in bigpoint.

    So wassup with that? o_O

    Hello BlazingBlades :)

    Your Bigpoint portal login will work for www.farmerama.com directly as well, but you will need to type in your username (the one chosen for Farmerama: BlazingBlades) and your Bigpoint password.

    Well, teddy - I did try that. I go to farmerama.com and put in my name and password and it says: No account with this combination of username and password was found.

    Then I try that at farmerama.bigpoint.com and get the same message.

    The only way I could get in was to log into bigpoint.com and choose my game.

    So, this is how I solved it. I went to farmerama.com and went through the lost password deal. Reset it, and now I can go in through that portal. Woohoo!

    This little question has been solved, teddy.bear. snuggle-snuggle :D
