Cannot access harvester subsubscription

Hi, I've tried for a few days but cannot access the harvester subscription, the window says 'cannot display the webpage'. I can buy barnyard bills and access other payment requirements, just not the subscription. Please help as I am running out of coupons and cannot afford to keep buying the 48 hr packages with BB's.

this may sound stupid, but how often do you refresh your farm screen or browser? Are you trying to access the machinery in the bank under the specials tab? If you're trying to get the subscription for 30% off, that offer expired already a few days ago.....therefore it would make sense that the link gives you a dead end page, a refresh or log out/log in would solve this.
If nothing of this applies, excuse my endless questions and accept my wishes that a moderator solves this in your favor.......

Can you let me know what link you are using to access the page? If you are using a link from the news page, then as Michael1877 has indicated the offer has finished. If you are accessing from the city store, are you after the one for BBs or real money?
The subscription for real money can also be accessed via the bank, click the BB package shop link, then select the specials tab.

Does this solve your problem?

I'm trying to buy the combined harvester/seeder/droid/builder through the bank for real money, not the 48hr one for BB's. When I go to the bank and select 'shop' the next page is the one that says 'cannot display webpage'. I've been playing for over 2 years now and have not had this problem before. I've tried refresh & log off, back in etc but still have this problem. Any more ideas? Any help would be much welcomed.

.....sorry - also - just tried again. through the bank I can access the first window of the 'premiun villa' .I can also access the sliding scale version of buying BB's but any further and its the same problem. Its the same with the cash for action tab also. Hope this helps pinpoint the problem

Do you have another browser installed? Maybe to give it a shot and see if that works......

 

Yes that does seem a bit odd.
Can you try with a different browser and see and if there is the same error?
It you get the same error, please take screenshots from both browsers and send them to support via the link at the bottom of the game page.

I've just been able to buy the harvester seasonal helpers pack (thats what its called - I couldn't remember) from my son's laptop. So I guess that leaves the problem here with my computer. Thanks Michael 1877 and Neon Lights, I've cleared my cache, temp files and cookies etc as suggested under tech tips, but still have the same problem. I can't understand it as apart from the game, I am able to use my computer as ever was ie internet banking, emails, and all other applications outside of the game. I'm still scratching my head, but thanks for all your advice nonetheless.

Could you check your firewall settings and pop up blocker.
If you are using Chrome as browser ensure you have the pepperflash disabled.
