Cannot buy harvest helper subscription

When I tried to renew my subscription, it says IP address cannot be found.
I tried to refresh, and when that did not work, I relogged in but it still does not work.
Please help. I cannot buy power feed either.

The game is having technical problems at this time so it may be related to that. I have forwarded the issue to the Game Team. Once the game is stable again, you should be able to buy it.

The game continues to be unstable for some players. The IT department is working hard to restore game play for everyone. Some features may not work properly, so we ask for your continued patience while it is being sorted out.

It is still impossible to buy anything, and I was locked out of the game completely yesterday. I am in US. I saw that a player was locked out of the game in Australia, at the same time than me.
I could read the forum, but not post in it to let you know, as I was unable to log in.
I missed out of the sale for supergrow, and could not take advantage of baby-boom.
I suggest that the sale and the baby-boom game be extended until the game is working correctly for all players.

The game is still not fully stable for all players, so that is the priority right now for the Team. I'm sorry you were not able to make purchases you wanted nor participate in Baby boom. If the team decides to repeat the mini events, we will post an announcement.

Hopefully, game play will be restored for all players soon.
