cannot buy seeds in the seed shop

    My farm just leveled up to 228, opening alpine asters. I went to the seed shop & tried to purchase them. I could not even page thru to the page where alpine asters are located. every time I tried (6-7 times) my farmerama screen would turn black. I tried signing off & back in, running cc cleaner. nothing works. can someone check on this??? I am using unity, playing on microsoft edge.

    Would you please double check your ID#?

    Would you please try to reboot your computer and then sign in again to see if the alpine asters are there? You can also try a different browser to see if that helps.

    I have checked your account and I can see the alpine asters for sale in the shop.

    Would you please try to purchase them from your seed menu? When you click on a crop that has 0 like you are going to plant it, it will take you to the seed shop. Can you buy them from there?

    tried twice to purchase seeds thru the machinery - seeder menu. the seeds were there available to purchase but when I tried to purchase them I couldn't. I again rec'd a blank grey/black farmerama screen after hitting the purchase button. joellen57 #45058156

    To be honest, I'm not sure why you are unable to purchase the seeds.

    You have reported you use Microsoft Edge. Is it up to date? Would you please try a different browser? Have you ever tried the Standalone client?

    Do you purchase seeds regularly? If so, have you been able to buy them but just not today or is this a problem that has been ongoing?

    Sorry for the loads of questions but if you can give us as many details as possible, it may help.

    my edge system is up to date. When the Standalone client first became available I used it, then when we were having so many issues I removed client and went back to the internet version thru edge. I tried once to get back on client but was unsucessful. I've been having issues for a week or so but those lower level seeds I could buy thru the market, but the higher level seeds are really really expensive on the market.

    Would you please try to clear your browser history and cache to see if that fixes the display problem?

    Would you be willing to try the Standalone client again? If not, please try a different browser than Edge.

    What version of Windows are you using?

    I cleared my history & cache, it made no difference. I am using windows 10 & all my upgrades are up to date. I tried to reinstall the standalone client & it wouldn't let me. I finally paid 6.5 mil cc's in the town market for 300 alpine asters. please close thread. I don't know what else to do.

    I'm sorry for the frustration you are feeling. :oops:We can continue to try to figure out what is going on with the Standalone client if you wish. You could also try a different browser than Edge as has been suggested several times in this thread.

    I'll close as you request, but if you wish to keep trying, please open a new thread.
