Cannot log in - white screen + message

    As of 2 p.m., I am unable to log in via the client, I receive the following message:

    Blocked
    Sorry, your request is a suscipious threat to the website and blocked by the defense system.
    Please contact the system administrator to whitelist your access if it is a false positive.
    Your request id is
    ac11000117238388196995218e3d5c

    Also, I am unable to log in via Chrome - the website will not resolve out (open the log-in screen).

    Thank you for letting us know of the issue. It has been forwarded to the Game Team and IT is working on it. We will update you once we know more.

    IT has determined that the error message is due to trying to multiple, rapid logins. They have recommended that you do not attempt any log ins for at least 15 minutes as this will trigger more blocks.

    Hi Team, I had the same issue, and I only tried 1x login. But I tried again and was successful after an hour wait period.

    Have been unable to log in since I posted the first message. Rebooted my computer. Didn't help. Was just now able to log in on this farm. Have not attempted to log in on any of my other farms, so I am not sure if this is going to be a continuing issue. Waiting 15 minutes or an hour between logging into 7 farms...hmmm...me thinks NOT going to do it...could be the end.

    I'm sorry that logging in remains difficult. I'm glad you were able to successfully able to log in to this one. The Game Team is aware of the ongoing problem with logging in and the IT department is working to find a solution. I apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully a fix is found soon.

    Thanks for keeping us posted regarding the issue.

    As of this evening, everything seems to be back to normal functionality.
    (I am realizing it's the middle of the night in Germany, so a big thank you to the game team for staying late and fixing things).
