Cannot open last two gifts

    hi, I cannot open the last two parcels in the Santa grotto. I paid special attention each day to open each gift and all are showing quite clearly however it is asking me to pay 12BB to open the prize for 20th December, When you view you can see I opened this on that day as the stocking is no longer seen and the fruit cakes x2 are clearly visible and have been visible hanging on the line with all the previous gifts since that date, I did not miss one day. The two fruit cakes are in my inventory. I dont understand. Would you put it right please as I dont want to miss the last two gifts? Thank you. Player ID #41508046

    Hello .FarmerArchie.,

    Stockings are only visible until that day has passed, which is why you can see the prize. It will have a blue "+" sign to open with BB's. I can find no logs that show you have been awarded the 2 x Fruit cake.
