Cannot submit tickets

    Hi, I just bought 150BB pack 100 tickets to get two rewards from Lionel I am looking for, cannot submit any...

    These buttons are still gray... they should not because I have enough materials

    I just wonder So this is just a waste of my precious 150 BB? Explain the things better dear game... Although they will be converted after the event.... I would not buy them if I knew that I will not be able to submit them

    Hello DroneQ :)

    The TV shows go in order of requirements: crops, spotlight, microphone and employee badges. Each TV show has 7 steps to complete and you can select any one of the 7 steps to complete and then you will move on to the next TV show. The rounds repeat until you have completed all 7 steps of the TV show and then the final step unlocks.

    Your logs show that you have not grown any event crops to donate to the first TV show so you will not be able to submit the badges and they will be exchanged at the end of the event.

    now it doe snot matter, but I would be happy to see this somewhere in the event...

    I would not buy the badges otherwise.

    From the FAQ:

    There are 4 sections of the Tv Shows with 7 steps each.
    After selecting a step on each Tv Show, the game moves to the next Tv Show. You can only deliver 1 step at a time for each Tv Show. You can choose any of the steps of each Tv Show in any order providing you have the necessary goods for that step.
    I'm sorry you misunderstood the event mechanic. You can always ask in General Questions about any topic you need more information about.
